Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to Nana Plaza for late-night entertainment, and the staff was kind. However, the rooms were not well maintained, noisy at night, and lacking proper facilities. There was also a need for improved cleanliness and insect control.
The hotel has a very old room that wasn't as we booked, in a very bad situation, offered like smoke covered with fabreeze. The service was lacking room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. However, the location has a good atmosphere, but the room very old was not well maintained, my experience was very bad. The dining offered great Mediterranean and Arabian options. Facilities were not highlighted.
My stay at the Grace Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to Nana Station and many Arabian restaurants, making it convenient. However, the rooms were old and poorly maintained, leading to a noisy experience. The dining options were a mix of Mediterranean and Arabian cuisine.
The hotel is located very near to Nana Plaza in Soi Nana, surrounded by lively pubs and bars open until early morning. The staff is friendly, but there is a need for better insect control and room cleanliness. The hotel is conveniently close to Nana Station and various restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, while nice and cozy, were full of mosquitoes and insects, which was a bit off-putting. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and provided plenty of space. The service was satisfactory, but there were some issues with the air conditioning not working well due to the property undergoing renovations. The location was a great advantage, being very near Nana Plaza in Soi Nana with its vibrant nightlife and close to Nana station. There were numerous Middle Eastern restaurants around, which I found convenient. The dining experience offered great Mediterranean and Arabian cuisine, although it was served in another hotel.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, being in downtown Bangkok close to Bumrungrad Hospital, but the disrepair of the stairs leading down is a safety concern. The vibrant nightlife and proximity to Nana Plaza offer entertainment options, but the surrounding area can be noisy at night.
The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Bangkok, close to Bumrungrad Hospital and many Arabian restaurants and shops. The rooms are in bad shape and not well taken care of, but do offer good facilities. The dining experience at the New Grace Hotel was disappointing. It's my very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. However, the location being in the hub of nightlife and restaurants is a positive point.
The hotel has a prime location near Nana Plaza in downtown Bangkok, making it convenient for solo travelers and families. The rooms are decent but suffer from disco noise and some cleanliness issues. The dining offers a mix of Mediterranean and Arabian cuisine, though it could be improved. Overall, a good value stay with a lively surrounding area.
